  • You decide how and when to teach. Currently, our focus is on one-on-one mentorships, providing tailored and impactful learning experiences. In the future, you’ll also have options to offer classes, workshops, and tutorials hosted through Banana Pan Academy.

  • Creative industries rely on collaboration and learning from one another. By mentoring, you can pass on what you’ve learned, support others as others have supported you, and help foster a culture of growth and creativity.

  • Your mentor page will showcase your background, achievements, and mentorship offerings. You can also include links to external resources, such as your store or classes on third-party platforms, to connect with mentees.

Who Can Be a Mentor?

We’re looking for mentors who:

  • Have proven industry or teaching experience in creative fields such as animation, illustration, game design, UI/UX, scriptwriting, or similar areas.

  • Are passionate about teaching and guiding emerging creatives.

  • Value connection and a human-centered learning approach.

  • Can provide practical insights, career advice, and real-world knowledge.
